Traditional Thai, deep tissue and Swedish massage in the heart of Windsor. Qualified therapists, unhurried treatments, and a room that feels a long way from the high street outside.
JK Massage & Therapy sits a two-minute walk from the castle, behind a door that shuts the town out completely. Inside: warm towels, low light, and therapists trained in traditional Thai technique as well as clinical deep tissue work.
Some people come to us with a knot in a shoulder that has been there since March. Others come because they haven't stopped in weeks. Both are good reasons. We'll ask what you need before we start, and we'll adjust the pressure as we go rather than guessing.
No packages to sign up to, no upselling on the table. Just the hour you booked, done properly.
Book a treatmentNot sure which? Pick anything — the therapist will adjust once they've felt where the tension is.
Book online in under a minute, or call us. You'll get a text confirmation straight away.
Come five minutes early, leave your phone in the basket, and let us take it from there.
Every treatment comes in one hour, ninety minutes or two hours. Longer isn't indulgent — it's usually the difference between relief and real relief.
On a mat, fully clothed. Assisted stretching and pressure points — energising rather than sleepy. Best if you sit at a desk all week.
Slow, firm work into the layers underneath. For knots that have settled in and shoulders that never quite drop.
Oils, long flowing strokes, on a table. The classic full-body treatment if what you want is simply to be unwound.
Warm basalt stones placed and worked along the back. Heat reaches deeper than hands alone — our most requested treatment in winter.
Side-lying, fully supported with cushions, by a therapist trained in prenatal work. From the second trimester onwards.
Focused pressure work on the feet. Deeply calming, and a gentle option if you'd rather stay fully clothed.
Also available: Thai combination, aromatherapy with Thai oils, neck & shoulder, Thai herbal ball, lymphatic drainage, and couples treatments in the same room from £120.
Neck, shoulders and lower back — the three places a desk and a phone do their damage.
Most clients tell us the first night after a treatment is the best they've had in weeks.
Thai stretching gets range back into stiff hips and shoulders without a gym in sight.
No phone, no decisions, nobody needing anything. That part matters as much as the massage.
Choose a treatment, pick a time, and you're done. A text confirmation arrives straight away, and a reminder the day before.
Traditional Thai is done on a mat, fully clothed, and involves assisted stretching and pressure points — energising rather than sleepy. Swedish uses oils on a table with long flowing strokes and is more relaxing. If you're unsure, say so when you arrive and the therapist will guide you.
It depends on the treatment. For Traditional Thai you stay fully clothed — loose, comfortable clothing is ideal. For oil-based treatments like Swedish or aromatherapy, you undress to your own comfort level and are covered with towels throughout.
Most clients with persistent tension prefer deep tissue, or our neck, back and shoulder treatment. The therapist adjusts pressure on the day. If you have a diagnosed injury, please mention it when you book so we can plan the session properly.
Five minutes is plenty. That gives you time to fill in a short health form on a first visit and to change if your treatment needs it.
We just ask for at least four hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. No deposit is taken and there's no charge for changing your mind in good time.
Yes, for any treatment or value, valid for twelve months. Call us and we'll sort it out — we can post it or email a printable version the same day.
