This website and the Receptiko service are operated by Receptiko AI Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17272011, registered office 14 Pierson Road, Windsor, SL4 5RQ. Contact: hello@receptiko.ai.
Receptiko provides an AI telephone assistant that answers calls for appointment-based businesses, takes messages and — on the Full Booking plan — books appointments into the customer's calendar. We may improve or change how the service works over time.
We offer a free pilot of 30 days. No payment details are required to start. Either side may end the pilot at any time, for any reason, with no charge.
After a pilot, fees are as published on our pricing page or as agreed in writing, charged monthly in advance. Fees exclude VAT where applicable. We may change prices on 30 days' written notice.
Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for the current month are not refundable, and we will not charge for any month after the notice period ends.
We work hard to keep the service running, but it depends on third-party telephone, calendar and AI providers, and on networks outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we do not guarantee that every call will be handled correctly. The assistant can misunderstand a caller.
You remain responsible for checking your calendar and your messages. The service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, lost revenue, lost goodwill or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the total fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and where no fees have been paid, to £100.
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Where we handle your customers' personal data on your behalf, a separate Data Processing Agreement applies and takes precedence on that subject.
Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential and use it only to provide or receive the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
